Refund Policy
Refund Policy for Player Registration Fees at 336 LC:
- Before Practices Begin:
- Full refund (minus a $50.00 administration fee) if the registration fee has been received and the registration period is still open.
- Practices must not have started for this option to be valid.
- After the First Week of Practice, Before First Tournament:
- 50% refund of the registration fees paid (minus a $50 administration fee).
- This applies after the first week of practice but before the commencement of the first tournament.
- After the First Tournament Game:
- No refunds for non-medical related withdrawals.
- Medical-related withdrawals after the first tournament will be refunded at the per player cost per tournament (e.g., 1 Tournament cost: $100).
- Refund Request Process:
- All refund requests must be made in writing.
- Requests should be sent to coachbradmc@gmail.com
