Refund policies for each program are listed below. If you have any questions about these policies please contact the club treasurer.

Boy's Summer Select

Refund Policy for Player Registration Fees at 336 LC: Before Practices Begin: Full refund (minus a $50.00 administration fee) if the registration fee has been received and the registration period is still open. Practices must not have started for this option to be valid. After the First Week of Practice, Before First Tournament: 50% refund of the registration fees paid (minus a $50 administration fee). This applies after the first week of practice but before the commencement of the first tournament. After the First Tournament Game: No refunds for non-medical related withdrawals. Medical-related withdrawals after the first tournament will be refunded at the per player cost per tournament (e.g., 1 Tournament cost: $100). Refund Request Process: All refund requests must be made in writing. Requests should be sent to coachbradmc@gmail.com. Note: Refunds are subject to specific conditions based on the timing of withdrawal and the nature of the withdrawal (medical or non-medical). It's essential for participants to adhere to the stated deadlines and procedures to be eligible for refunds.
